- What is this exactly?
A mash-up of escape room, role-play, and LAN party with a Star Trek feel. If you’re not a gamer, but would rather be part of the crew on the bridge of a space ship, then Artemis is for you! - Is there a group discount?
Yes! Book the entire 8-player bridge in a single transaction for a 10% discount. - Can I book back-to-back sessions?
Consecutive full-bridge bookings can be “merged” into a single long session. - Can I pay via cash or personal check?
Online purchases are via credit card only. At our venue sign-up table at the Westin Chastain C, we will accept cash, check, and credit card transactions. - What’s the difference between the Newbie and Advanced sessions?
Newbie sessions are 30 to 45 minutes, and we assume no prior experience with Artemis.
Advanced sessions are up to 60 minutes, and default to a more challenging scenario.
Either session type can be adjusted by our Bridge Ops team as needed. - Can tickets be refunded or rebooked?
Yes; our refund and rebooking policy is provided with your email confirmation. Basically we’d like to have a few hours’ notice to rebook you whenever possible. No-shows will not be refunded.
